Normally, the customer pays in advance, and we ship the harp Trolley as soon as we receive confirmation that the payment is on its way. However, if someone has any concerns, they can pay only after receiving our harp cart. If something is not right, they can return the Trolley to us. But all of our customers are satisfied, and so far, no one has returned our harp Trolley to us. We also offer the option of paying in installments.
